Job description
Our customer provides unsurpassed real estate information, tools and professional expertise across a family of websites and mobile experiences for consumers and real estate professionals through all stages of the home journey. They also offer a complete solution of software products and services to help real estate professionals serve their clients and grow their business in a digital world.
We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role drives the successful execution of marketing and creative initiatives within an in-house brand and creative organization. The position sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, creative development, and operational excellence—ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with maximum impact. The ideal candidate brings strong project management capabilities, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for supporting creative teams through structured workflows and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead the full project lifecycle from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met.
- Act as the central connector between consumer marketing, brand, creative, and development teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Evaluate project intake materials, clarify requirements, and advocate for clear, actionable briefs.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resourcing strategies using tools such as Asana or similar workflow platforms.
- Anticipate risks or bottlenecks early and resolve issues through proactive problem-solving and real-time adjustments.
- Ensure creative excellence by balancing structure with flexibility and protecting the space creative teams need to produce high-quality work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing leaders, product teams, creative leadership, developers, and executives to ensure strategic alignment.
- Facilitate communication across all project stakeholders, ensuring clarity, transparency, and timely updates.
- Influence key partners and drive consensus to keep workstream decisions moving forward.
Operational Excellence
- Support the optimization of creative workflows, intake processes, and operating models across brand and creative teams.
- Recommend improvements that enhance speed, clarity, and efficiency across marketing operations.
- Maintain organized records, templates, and documentation to support repeatable and scalable processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 6+ years of project management experience within a large advertising agency, in-house creative team, or marketing organization.
- Experience managing high-visibility, multi-phase marketing or creative campaigns with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of marketing and creative workflows, from strategic concepting through production and final delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Workfront, Airtable, Trello, or comparable platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly, and maintain steady progress in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- PMP certification or formal training in Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, creative, product, development, and leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and a consistent bias for action.
