Job description

Our Customer is a technology company that connects people with the best of their neighborhoods across the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and Germany. They enable local businesses to meet consumers’ needs of ease and convenience, and, in turn, generate new ways for people to earn, work, and live. By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.

Our Customer is seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support the brand and creative work across a range of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and is energized by helping brand and creative teams do their best work. You will partner closely with Business Leads, creatives, marketers, producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently from kickoff through final delivery. You’ll manage timelines, coordinate workflows, facilitate communication across teams, and ensure projects stay on track while balancing speed, quality, and stakeholder needs. This role will support both integrated campaigns and high-volume digital asset production across all channels – OLV, social, digital, email, and in-app.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excited by the intersection of creativity and operations.

This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day project execution across creative campaigns, social activations, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain project timelines, asset trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and workflow documentation
  • Coordinate communication across Brand & Creative, Marketing, Co-Marketing clients, Production teams, and external partners
  • Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource planning across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Oversee development and delivery of digital creative assets across social, email, display, and in-app channels
  • Partner with creative and production teams to ensure assets are routed, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure assets are accurate, complete, and aligned with brand standards
  • Identify project risks, surface blockers early, and support proactive problem resolution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to workflows, operations, and creative processes
  • Utilize project management and collaboration tools to improve visibility and streamline operations
  • Explore and leverage emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency and creative execution
  • Maintain alignment across teams while ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, production, or marketing operations
  • Experience working within in-house creative teams or creative agency environments
  • Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with creative production workflows across social, video, and digital channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com, Figma, or similar platforms
  • Strong accountability, follow-through, and an ownership mindset
  • Interest in creative operations, workflow optimization, and scalable process development
  • Ability to proactively identify operational improvements and execution efficiencies
  • Interest in AI-enabled workflows and emerging operational technologies
