Job description

Founded in 2008, our Customer represents a global travel community that offers magical end-to-end trips, including where you stay, what you do and the people you meet. They exist to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere, providing healthy travel that is local, authentic, diverse, inclusive and sustainable. Their website and app uniquely leverage technology to economically empower millions of people around the world to unlock and monetize their spaces, passions and talents to become hospitality entrepreneurs.

Our Customer is seeking a Content Production Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of a fast-paced, high-volume digital content pipeline.

Most projects are operationally straightforward, but the high volume and deadlines necessitate meticulous tracking and attention to process.

You’ll manage the trafficking, tracking, and delivery of large batches of web content and talent-facing digital assets, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Your ability to set structure, streamline communications, and adapt to daily changes will directly impact the department’s ability to scale and deliver on deadlines.

The ideal candidate is a process-driven leader with a proven ability to manage workload at scale, navigate shifting priorities, and bring clarity to complex tracking needs. This position requires hands-on comfort with content management tools (Airtable, Salesforce, CMS platforms), as well as strong communication and collaboration across production, creative, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities:

High-Volume Content Trafficking:

  • Manage the daily pipeline of 60+ pages (with frequent, large batch launches), ensuring all requests are tracked, prioritized, and delivered on schedule. Oversee project transitions, handoffs, and deadlines for multiple parallel workstreams.

Production Coordination:

  • Own the day-to-day management of straightforward but high-throughput content updates—talent pages, website asset refreshes, and related deliverables. Proactively manage evolving timelines, shifting priorities, and unexpected escalations.

Process Design & Optimization:

  • Establish, document, and refine tracking processes—making workflows more efficient and transparent for current and future team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as the central point. Foster a spirit of teamwork and drive clear communications between all contributors.

Content QA & Reporting:

  • Track revisions, approvals, and content status in Airtable (and other platforms as needed). Ensure version control and deliverables accuracy, and provide regular status updates to leadership.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving:

  • Quickly adjust plans and communications in response to last-minute changes, feedback, or operational hurdles. Champion creative, scalable solutions to keep the work moving.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in content production, digital project management, or marketing operations—preferably in high-volume, deadline-driven agency settings.
  • Demonstrated success managing large batches of deliverables in deadline-driven, fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort with manual, repetitive, or cumbersome tasks.
  • Strong working knowledge of Airtable and similar project/content management software (Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, basic CMS).
  • Highly collaborative, proactive communicator with a knack for cross-team alignment and rallying contributors around shared processes.
  • Adaptable, calm under pressure, and able to pivot quickly in response to evolving priorities.
  • Analytical, solutions-oriented, and able to document and streamline workflows for scale.
  • Experience working with talent, agencies, or cross-functional business partners is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in basic creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content rights, clearances, and digital asset management best practices.

We offer a competitive salary range for this position. Most candidates who join our team are hired at the median of this range, ensuring fair and equitable compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Contractor benefits are available through our 3rd Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible engagements. )

Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k.
