We are seeking a Program Manager, HR Operations on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Design and Implementation:
  • Assist in designing and managing team workflows to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Map existing systems and help integrate tools like Asana, Google Sites, and SharePoint to improve functionality.
  • Tool Setup and Optimization:
  • Set up and organize tools for team operations, ensuring alignment and ease of use.
  • Streamline processes and systems to enhance task management and team collaboration.
  • Support Team Operations:
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and her 4 direct reports to design workflows.
  • Work with team members to set up operations that support broader organizational objectives.
  • Program Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day team activities and provide guidance on task priorities.
  • Serve as a resource for team members by addressing challenges and escalating issues when needed.
  • Medical Leave Coverage:
  • Provide interim support during the hiring manager's medical leave period, with potential for extension beyond 3 months.
  • Administrative and Operational Support:
  • Use systems mapping and management expertise to assist in team operations setup and efficiency improvements.

    Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR, program management, or similar roles.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Proficient in Asana, Google Sites, and SharePoint (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with workflow design, systems mapping, and tool implementation.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to design and streamline workflows and manage multiple platforms efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of analyzing systems and processes to identify inconsistencies and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to support leadership and teams with operations setup and coordination.
  • Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
