  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within existing marketing workflows. Develop and implement solutions that streamline operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and initiatives, track progress, and provide regular, clear, and concise reports to the Chief of Staff and relevant stakeholders on program status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses. Champion the adoption of best practices in program management across the organization.
  • Tool & Technology Optimization: Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new marketing technologies and tools that can further enhance operational velocity and team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of demonstrable experience in a Program Management role, ideally within a marketing or high-growth technology organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.
  • Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights, and recommend actions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to communicate with executive team, business, and recruiting leaders
  • Proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
