Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.


We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Sunnyvale, CA.


Responsibilities:


Smartsheet Support

  • Enhance and maintain the Vespa Smartsheet workspace.
  • Build executive and DRI dashboards to automate status reporting and reduce time spent on manual report creation.
  • Maintain and regularly update dashboards and reports.


Deliverables Tracking

  • Monitor and update the status of IT integration deliverables under PMO guidance.
  • Validate data and flag missed deadlines.
  • Maintain consistent tracking of deliverables.
  • Update and manage the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).


Data Migration

  • Develop workflows for the migration of files related to IT testing, cutover, and data retention.
  • Design Box folder structure and manage access permissions.
  • Maintain a tracker of all migrated and stored files.


Agile Documentation

  • Track the status of revised SOPs, DOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs) routed and approved in Agile.
  • Translation Management (Remaining Scope)
  • Manage translations of customer-facing documents, internal training materials, and master data.
  • Liaise with Global Localization Services.
  • Track translation progress and ensure timely completion.


Additional Support

    • Provide ad hoc support for project and administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Box, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
  • Experience with translation coordination and deliverables tracking is a plus.
