Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking an IT Facilities & Infrastructure Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT Facilities and Infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project standards, processes, and governance
- Manage project schedules, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across global organizations
- Oversee infrastructure initiatives, including structured cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, DAS, audio visual systems, collaboration technologies, voice, physical security, network hardware refreshes, firewall upgrades, and OS patching
- Coordinate with Facilities, Manufacturing, Labs, Security, and IT teams to ensure successful project execution
- Manage vendor activities, including RFPs, SOW reviews, BOM/ROM validation, and on-site coordination
- Review and obtain approval for project documentation, including ROMs, BOMs, design packages, and technical assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status reporting, and executive updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes, standards, and best practices
- Lead project team meetings, coordinate action items, document meeting minutes, and communicate project updates
- Plan, coordinate, and manage large-scale IT initiatives while identifying and mitigating project risks
- Develop executive dashboards, reports, and project insights using project management and reporting tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and IT architects to gather requirements and develop IT infrastructure solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Active PMP certification + PMP certificate number (required)
- 10+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure and IT Facilities projects
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Experience managing low-voltage cabling, audio visual implementations, MDF/IDF design and implementation, network infrastructure, and Cell DAS implementations
- Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, WLAN, structured cabling, audio visual/collaboration systems, and physical security infrastructure
- Experience leading server operating system upgrades, patching cycles, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure modernization projects
- Experience managing multiple large-scale IT Infrastructure and Facilities projects
- Strong vendor and budget management experience
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards for executive leadership
- Experience using Anaplan, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Lucidchart, CAD Viewer, Bluebeam, and Zoom
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment
- Strong decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
