• Shape multi module, cohort based program journeys that combine academic rigor with enterprise specific context and application

University & External Partner Liaison

• Act as the primary relationship manager with university partners, including faculty, executive education offices, and program directors

• Co design curricula with academic partners, ensuring alignment between enterprise needs and university intellectual capital

• Manage governance, cadence, and decision making across internal sponsors and university counterparts

• Oversee academic quality, faculty selection, timelines, and deliverables

Network Engagement & Program Recommendations

• Liaise across the enterprise network (business units, regions, functions, Capabilities and P&C leaders) to identify priority executive audiences and learning needs

• Gather and synthesize input to inform recommendations for program focus, target populations, and future cohorts

• Position flagship programs as a core component of the CPS and global Supply Chain leadership development ecosystem

Executive Nomination & Administrative Management

• Design and manage nomination, selection, and approval processes for flagship program participants

• Partner with senior leaders and Capabilities to ensure transparent, equitable, and strategically aligned candidate selection

• Manage all administrative aspects of participation, including enrollment, communications, onboarding, calendars, and program materials

• Maintain executive level confidentiality and precision throughout the nomination and selection process

Program Delivery & Executive Experience

• Oversee program delivery in collaboration with university partners, including on campus, virtual, or blended formats

• Facilitate executive sessions or integrate enterprise specific content alongside academic modules where appropriate

• Ensure a seamless, high touch, premium experience for participants before, during, and after the program

Program Management & Governance

• Own full program lifecycle management including budgets, contracts, logistics, sequencing, and risk management

• Coordinate across internal stakeholders, executive sponsors, and external partners to ensure flawless execution

• Establish repeatable models and playbooks to support scalability and continuity

Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Lead debriefs with university partners and internal sponsors following each cohort

• Apply insights to continuously refine program design, partnership models, and nomination processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or other related technical degree in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Behavior or similar discipline.

• 6+ years of experience in executive education, leadership development, or organizational development including direct experience in external partner programs.

• 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in a global matrixed organization

• 3+ years of supporting Supply Chain organizations preferred.
