  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, environmental, permitting, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues, risks, and potential delays.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, change orders, and project controls.
  • Ensure project activities are executed in accordance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support coordination of field activities and regularly travel to the project site as needed.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external project partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably within the energy, utilities, construction, or infrastructure industries.
  • Direct experience managing natural gas pipeline projects is strongly preferred/required.
  • Experience managing linear infrastructure projects such as pipelines, utilities, transmission, telecommunications, or similar projects may be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the project site in Southeastern Pennsylvania/Northern Delaware on a biweekly or monthly basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with natural gas transmission, distribution, gathering, or related pipeline projects.
  • Experience working with permitting and regulatory agencies.
  • FERC permitting experience is a plus, but not required.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification.
