Our customer is seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
About the Role
- This role is responsible for managing the GTM of Ads product unification across Client, Deliveroo and Wolt.
- As part of efforts to unify product features and capabilities for Ads across the three brands such that brands and merchants experience parity across all regions.
- This role owns the governance, operational integrity, timelines and implementation for Project Pedregal (unification of our Ads capabilities and platform into one across all three companies)
- Drive the overall GTM coordination + implementation process for Project Pedregal across Client, Deliveroo and Wolt.
- This role is single DRI for owning the program timeline, cadence, and consolidation of inputs to successfully launch new unified product features across brands
- Serve as the central program owner for Ads unification GTM - pulling brand leads together, surfacing tradeoffs, and delivering an integrated view to all stakeholders
- Own the consolidated planning deliverables: integrated targets, capacity roll-ups, investment allocation view, and program roadmap across segments
- Serve as main partner to cross functional team across brands
- Coordinate the appropriate go-to-market playbooks by ensuring there are DRIs, timelines and accountability for each GTM milestone.
- Serving as primary point of contact to ensure weekly milestones are met, cross functional partners have visibility into status and to dos, and elevate potential risks Establish standardized frameworks for GTM for all Project Pedregal milestones
- Report to the Director of Global Ads, S&O
Skills / Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations roles with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple concurrent projects/workstreams without dropping details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting status and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.
- Proven ability to build structure and process in ambiguous situations — you don't wait for a perfect brief.
- Stakeholder management skills — able to align partners with competing priorities and hold people accountable to commitments without formal authority over them. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Google Workspace).
- Comfortable working with data to track progress and support decisions (spreadsheets/SQL a plus, not always required).
- Bias for action and a bar for high-quality execution under deadline pressure.
Qualifications:
- Projects launch on time, with clear documentation and minimal surprises to stakeholders.
- Leadership trusts your status updates and doesn't need to chase you for information.
- You've built at least one repeatable process, template, or tool that outlasts the specific project it was built for.
- Cross-functional partners describe you as someone who makes their job easier, not harder.
