We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST/CST.
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end project initiatives that drive organizational capability, process improvement, and change adoption. This role partners closely with business leaders to deliver strategic projects, ensure alignment with business goals, and facilitate smooth communication and change management across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure successful delivery—on time, within budget, and meeting defined success criteria.
- Establish project goals, milestones, and accountability structures.
- Identify potential risks and issues; develop and implement contingency plans.
- Track project progress and provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Design and implement change management and communication strategies to support major organizational initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging company-wide.
- Partner with leadership to promote employee engagement and adoption of new processes or systems.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between project outcomes and strategic business objectives.
- Apply data analysis methods to interpret and communicate key project metrics.
- Support project budgeting activities, including financial forecasting, cost tracking, and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and change initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead projects from planning to delivery with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting and financial forecasting principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
Preferred:
- Experience in organizational change management or internal communications.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques for tracking KPIs and project performance.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
