Our Customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are availabile in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.

We are seeking an Integrated Project Manager on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is on-site in NYC or San Francisco.

This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects spanning experiential activations, events, and creative content development. This role serves as the operational lead across timelines, teams, and deliverables, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, production, content, experiential teams, internal clients, and business partners. The position is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives on building clarity, driving momentum, and delivering high-quality work—on time, on brief, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day project workflow for creative and event initiatives, including building timelines, managing dependencies, and facilitating approvals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across design, copy, content, production, and event teams.
  • Run internal reviews, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met at each stage of development.
  • Oversee production timelines for creative assets, including branding, environmental design, video, motion, and social content.
  • Manage creative processes from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with briefs and deadlines.
  • Act as liaison between creative teams and internal stakeholders to maintain clarity and momentum.
  • Manage project lifecycles for internal and external experiences such as activations, summits, conferences, installations, and events.
  • Partner with producers to integrate creative deliverables into fabrication and logistics workflows.
  • Support pre-production planning, run-of-show development, and wrap documentation.
  • Facilitate clear communication across all project contributors and departments.
  • Translate strategic and creative briefs into actionable plans with defined owners and deadlines.
  • Anticipate risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Track scopes, timelines, and deliverables against allocated hours, budgets, and team bandwidth.
  • Support resource planning, flag constraints, and recommend adjustments when needed.
  • Maintain internal project documentation, calendars, and reporting tools.
  • Onboard agency and vendor support as required, managing invoices and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within an in-house agency, creative studio, or brand experience team.
  • Strong background in managing integrated projects across creative, content, events, and experiential disciplines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and align stakeholders.
  • Experience with event logistics, vendor management, and live production.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with creative workflows and file types (Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable, Figma, Miro, etc.).
  • Background in internal communications, leadership events, or employee experience initiatives.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, highly creative environments.
