Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Shopify to join our growing dropshipping store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, expertise in promotional analysis, and be able to help organize email and SMS marketing efforts, while overseeing our external customer service team. Familiarity with Zapier for automating workflows and integrations is highly preferred. This role will begin as a part-time position with the potential for growth as the business expands.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Shopify Management:** Oversee and manage all aspects of our Shopify store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and optimal store performance.

- **Promotion Analysis:** Analyze promotional campaigns and provide insights into what drives sales, helping refine strategies for ongoing and future promotions.

- **Email & SMS Coordination:** Work closely with the email marketing team and SMS marketers to ensure campaigns are well-organized, scheduled, and executed in alignment with our overall marketing strategy.

- **Zapier Automation:** Leverage Zapier to create and manage automation between apps, optimizing workflow and communication across teams.

- **Customer Service Oversight:** Manage and oversee the performance of our external customer service team, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally.

- **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

- **Reporting & Insights:** Monitor the success of marketing campaigns, customer service performance, and store operations, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.

- **Time Zone Availability:** Must be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to coordinate with the team and manage daily operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience managing a Shopify store, with a strong understanding of its features, tools, and integrations.

- Experience with email and SMS marketing, including campaign coordination and optimization.

- Strong analytical skills, particularly in reviewing and interpreting promotional campaign performance.

- Experience in overseeing customer service operations, preferably through an outsourced or external team.

- Familiarity with Zapier and its use for automating workflows across platforms.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency with project management tools and software.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with Shopify apps related to email marketing, SMS marketing, and customer service.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.

- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and customer journey mapping.
