We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is a hybrid setup (2+ days onsite/week) in San Francisco and NYC.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day project management for the Career Outcomes Tracker (COT) program to align and expedite cross-functional workstreams
- Manage participant onboarding for selected organizations, including vetting, introductory presentations, and follow-up support
- Lead ongoing calls and milestone checkpoints with participating organizations, synthesizing feedback, program outcomes, and exit interviews
- Manage the legal and contracting process for organizations participating in the program
- Coordinate internally and externally with the technology vendor, including license access and regular touchpoints
- Support marketing and storytelling initiatives for the broader Career Outcomes Tracker program
- Maintain timely and relevant internal communications, program FAQs, and policies to drive engagement and progress
- Optimize measurement and reporting systems, including creating monthly and quarterly data reports, conducting data cleanup, and utilizing data dashboards
- Collaborate with the global Social Impact team to support execution of global programs, initiatives, events, campaigns, marketing moments, and special projects
- Provide operational support through effective problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in project management, social impact programming, operations, or cross-functional partnership roles
Preferred:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, SQL, and software/tools used for performance measurement
- Exceptional organizational and systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to prioritize across multiple projects
- Experience developing and implementing operationally efficient processes and systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Proactive self-starter with a solutions-oriented and growth-focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with project management and planning capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Co-pilot)
- Experience with Salesforce and contract management
- Highly adaptable and intellectually curious, with the ability to quickly learn and pivot
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in mission-driven environments and understanding nonprofit or social impact audiences
- Familiarity with LinkedIn products and technologies
