Job description

Our Customer is an American multinational beverage corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Their many interests include the manufacturing, retailing, and marketing of nonalcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups. They are passionate about beverages around the world, with around 200 brands and 700,000+ employees across the company and bottling partners. They take deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in their company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference. They believe their culture is one of the reasons their company continues to thrive after 130+ years.

We are looking for a Project Manager, Talent and Development Experience on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

As a Project Manager within the Talent & Development (T&D) Experience team, you will support Franchise Leadership development initiatives, ensuring associates have the knowledge, mindset, and skills needed for business growth. Franchise Leadership is a key competitive advantage, managing critical partnerships with Bottling Partners. Sitting within the Enterprise Capability team (People & Culture function), this role helps drive a multi-year strategy to strengthen the capabilities of the Franchise function globally.

Beyond traditional project management, this role requires agility, adaptability, and strong communication skills to manage priorities, execute programs, and drive work forward. You will help structure capability-building programs, refine best practices, and flex between strategy, execution, and communications to deliver impactful learning experiences. Collaboration is key—you will engage with Franchise, HR, and Capability leaders to implement programs like Franchise Academy, Skills Assessments, and VP Development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Partner with Strategy lead for resource and capability planning.
  • Develop and leverage standardized project management tools and processes.
Strategic Communication & Content Development
  • Create executive-level communications, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain dashboards to track progress, risks, and insights.
  • Simplify complex ideas into digestible formats for stakeholders.
Problem-Solving & Agility
  • Anticipate roadblocks, propose solutions, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements for greater efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships across teams for seamless execution.
  • Support both strategic initiatives and hands-on program management.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to refine best practices.
Detail-Oriented Execution
  • Maintain accuracy in all aspects of project coordination and administrative efforts.
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and logistics proactively.
  • Ensure high-quality execution with clear follow-through.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Communications, HR, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive messaging.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools for dashboards and presentations.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution, managing both high-level planning and tactical deliverables.
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and problem-solve proactively.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments where priorities shift frequently.
  • Bonus: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification, Agile methodologies, resource planning, and HR program experience.
  • Project & Program Management: Organize multiple initiatives efficiently.
  • Strategic & Tactical Communication: Craft clear, compelling messages.
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Proactively connect the dots.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Collaboration & Relationship Management: Influence and align stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Deliver accurate, high-quality work.
