We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support Virtual Brands, Labs, and Platform teams by partnering closely with the Senior Manager.

The Project Manager will provide support to Virtual Brands, Labs, and Platform teams by managing vendor partnerships, driving process development, overseeing communications, and coordinating multiple initiatives. This role will work closely with senior leadership to scope, plan, and execute projects spanning vendor operations, onboarding, quality, digital products, and team performance management.

  • Document and improve reference guides for Labs operations.

Virtual Brands

  • Pre-Onboarding: Lead transition of pre-onboarding processes to Arcgate, including pilot programs, comparative analyses, and seamless vendor handoff.
  • Manage onboarding and quality checks, addressing blockers affecting timelines.
  • Oversee ongoing issues with work order generation and vendor escalations.
  • Quality: Ensure compliance and quality across all Virtual Brands. Track and resolve recurring issues, conduct audits, and manage leadership escalations.
  • Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs.

Platforms

  • Oversee ongoing operations for digital ordering, phone ordering, Intake DAT, Drive on Demand, Smart Scales, and Drive Thru.
  • Lead new initiatives to establish processes within Vendor Operations and transition them once stabilized.
  • Maintain updated documentation and playbooks for platforms.

Team Performance Management

  • Implement performance scorecards for pod members, tracking results across initiatives.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on team performance metrics to leadership.
  • Continuously update vendor management playbooks and identify areas for process optimization.

Vendor Management

  • Partner with leadership to manage vendor partnerships, including maintaining forecasts, updating playbooks, and resolving vendor questions.
  • Support performance optimization and ensure vendor needs are consistently addressed.

Communications & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly newsletters summarizing achievements and identifying operational improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain utilization trackers, ensuring timely submissions and compliance across pods.
  • Manage Gemba submissions and other reporting requirements.
  • Act as a primary liaison with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for project updates and execution.

Ad Hoc Projects

  • Take ownership of assigned projects, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring successful delivery.

Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in project management, operations, or vendor management.
  • Strong background in process development, vendor operations, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience implementing performance management systems and analyzing metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports, newsletters, and executive updates.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, reporting trackers, and process documentation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in food, retail, or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with virtual brands, digital ordering platforms, or vendor operations.
