Job description

By building the last-mile logistics infrastructure for local commerce, they’re fulfilling our mission to grow and empower local economies.


We are seeking a Project Specialist on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Define Strategy (10%)
  • Collaborate with the GM team to define occasion-based campaign strategy and overall approach
  • Lead Execution (60%)
  • Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including fast-paced, daily operational tasks
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality execution across multiple ongoing initiatives
  • Drive Learnings (30%)
  • Write campaign retrospectives and identify best practices for future efforts
  • Analyze campaign performance using SQL and other tools to identify effective tactics and areas for improvement


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Google Sheets / Excel: Proficient; able to manipulate data, build reports, and identify trends
  • Campaign Manager: Willing to learn on the job; responsible for campaign setup and auditing
  • Figma: Basic use (can be learned); edit and eventually create banner/email templates
  • SQL: Basic understanding required; able to write and manipulate queries for performance analysis (SQL test will be part of the assessment)
  • Project Management: Able to prioritize and manage a high volume of incoming projects
  • Stakeholder Management: Comfortable with frequent updates and cross-functional collaboration
  • Data Analysis: Able to evaluate performance across campaigns and apply insights to future planning
  • Speed & Consistency: Reliable with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-urgency environment
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Self-Led: Takes initiative to learn and complete tasks with available resources
  • Scrappy: Proactive and decisive when solving problems or filling gaps
  • Efficient Operator: Action-oriented with a strong attention to detail
  • Detail-Oriented: Thorough and thoughtful troubleshooter willing to invest time to ensure accuracy
