Job description
Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.
We are seeking a contract Project Talent PMO Support to support the US Talent PMO team with the successful implementation of Global Storefront Modernization and Workforce Transformation changes across the Talent systems. The PMO Support role will need to demonstrate strong project management skills and be very collaborative and detail oriented to coordinate meetings, track and update project plans, risks, and decision logs. This individual may also need to track and follow up on deliverables due from various Talent Technology teams, as well as escalate project or system issues as needed. This role is 100% remote.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the US Talent Workstream Leaders for all ongoing work related to Storefront and Workforce Transformation
- Track and drive closure of action items and open decisions
- Schedule follow up calls, take notes, and distribute action items from discussions
- Coordinate with Talent process owners and subject matter advisors to manage change requests
- Coordinate across Talent, Technology, and Consulting teams to track and escalate issues as appropriate
- Update the Talent project plan items, resource tracker and the risks, actions, and decisions log
- Leverage shared project team site and OneNote notebook to ensure structure and access to communications, materials, and documents for all project team members
- Collaborate with the Consulting, Technology, and Talent team members to ensure project deliverables move forward
- Coordinate with the broader integrated project PMO and Apps and Data vertical PMO
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Background and experience with project management support to implement new Talent systems and processes, from ideation through deployment phases
- Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
- Works well in a dynamic, complex, client, and team focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excited by prospect of working in a developing, ambiguous, and challenging situation
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
- Proficiency in Smartsheet is preferred
- Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
