Job description

We are seeking a Corporate Communications & Public Policy - Public Policy Coordinator III on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Washington DC


Responsibilities:


• Research and develop policies and communication related to freedom of expression, products, online safety, cybersecurity, and privacy.

• Critically analyze and communicate the costs and benefits of refinements to policies and their implementation.

• Draft policy related materials including enforcement protocols.

• Research policy areas of interest to the company.

• Partner with senior team members on a wide range of projects.


Qualifications


• 3-5 years of experience

• Understanding of US politics, specifically current administration

• Baseline knowledge of AI

• Demonstrated interest in politics, policy, social media, online content and advertising, e-commerce, and/or technology.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Working knowledge of prominent national think tanks and policy research institutions below.
