Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, an Arts Non-profit located in Gilroy, CA ! They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and is able to lead a marketing team and supporting cross-functional teams.
Core responsibilities
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
5+ experience in digital marketing and advertising
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and with A/B and multivariate experiments. Squarespace knowledge preferred
Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Love of the arts, or non profit work would be beneficial. There is a potential to continue the work after 3 months, and potentially work for our sister non-profit a contemporary art gallery. We would prefer someone local, or someone who knows Gilroy well and can come to events etc.
