Job description
Our client is a boutique coupon distribution company, helping college students save money and elevating top vendors through securing discounts and longterm partnerships.
Social Media:
- Post Instagram story daily highlighting new coupons
- Create Facebook ads (standard and carousel) creating ads using Canva
- Post on Facebook and Instagram and boost posts
Marketing:
- Create weekly email newsletters highlighting coupons using Constant Contact
- Post new coupons on the website
- Send new coupons to college and university contacts
- Create posters of new coupons using Adobe Illustrator
- Correspond with graphic designers to create coupons
- Email school contacts and vendors to connect on projects and events
Event Planning
- Creating spreadsheets
- Finding information pertaining to vendor information, deals, timeline
- Sending all confirmed information to vendors and relevant contacts
Admin:
- Add insertion orders to List of Advertisers
- Email vendors with updated ad proofs
- Create folders for vendors to help graphic designers create ads including developing spreadsheets and finding images
- Updating school contact information
- Creating invoices for vendors
- Emailing other contacts regarding projects
- Facilitating ad creation process
