Job description

Our Customer was founded in 1982 in an effort to create a solid accounting firm headed by native professionals. They later branched out to other services, which is now a multinational professional services network with offices in over 150 countries and territories around the world. With more than 100,000 professionals, they provide audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of the largest corporations and governmental agencies.


We are seeking a QA Field Inspector on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is on-site in Breiningville, PA. They will also go to other locations, primarily in the same region (there is a warehouse in Maryland as well). They may need to fly to Dallas and Denver based on the client load.



Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory counts at client distribution centers and customer sites (stores) using provided technology and tools
  • Follow the detailed SOP to ensure the completeness and accuracy of pallet inspections
  • Capture all required supporting documentation including photos and notes
  • Upload inspection outputs in a timely manner for review
  • Address follow-up questions from the client or internal teams
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
  • Maintain punctuality for all scheduled inspection times
  • Adhere strictly to process requirements with strong attention to detail
  • Work a retail-based schedule, including hours outside a standard 9–5 shift
  • Travel as required to additional sites outside the primary location, including air or car travel


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to documented SOPs
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel outside the primary site, including air travel as required
  • Must live within 50 miles of a major airport if air travel is needed
  • Ability to learn inspection processes and successfully pass client observation training
