Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, Workday Implementation on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.

What You’ll do:

  • Coordinate regression testing of impacted systems
  • Develop overall test strategy and plan
  • Coordinate the test phases with various stakeholders
  • Coordinate testing scenarios (use cases) and scripts
  • Manage testing resources and logistics
  • Drive all test phases and report test status on the various test cycles
  • Coordinate issue resolution and track the resolution
  • Ensure all quality standards are met during testing
  • Responsible for obtaining UAT, Integration Test sign-offs

Must Haves:

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant Workday HCM experience
  • 2 years of experience leading Workday HCM projects for testing
  • Experience with test approvals and sign-offs
  • Experience with leading at least 1 end-to-end Workday HCM implementation project
  • Working knowledge in test management tool qTest or ALM to extract test status reports for test cases and defects

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Workday HCM or Workday EM/PM certifications desirable

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be onsite in Sunnyvale, CA.
