Job description

We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, analyze, and develop reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys
  • Effectively manage and prioritize research through ambiguous and fast-changing environments
  • Generate effective insights to inform ongoing and new research


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience coding with R (Tidyverse in particular)
  • Experience with survey design and item development
  • Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests
  • Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Python coding would be a plus
  • Vendor management experience is a plus
