Job description

We are seeking a Quantitative UX Researcher on a contract basis to help support our customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale tracking surveys
  • Analyze survey data and produce reports with actionable insights
  • Develop survey instruments, including question design and item development
  • Apply statistical methods such as descriptive analysis, regression, ANOVA, and t-tests
  • Generate insights to inform ongoing and future research initiatives
  • Manage multiple research projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations
  • Support continuous improvement of research methodologies and processes


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, Master’s degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience in UX research or related field
  • Strong proficiency in R, including Tidyverse for data analysis
  • Experience in survey design and development
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including regression, ANOVA, and hypothesis testing
  • Experience conducting hands-on, primary research
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Python coding ability
  • Experience with Google Suite applications
  • Hands-on, primary research experience
