Job description
Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Real Estate (Remote)
Hours: 10–15 hours per week
Compensation: $22.50 – $26.25 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Fully Remote
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Part-Time Administrative Assistant with a background in real estate, particularly in marketing and specialty commercial assets such as schools and churches. The role also involves occasional support for retail listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls related to real estate listings during business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Maintain familiarity with current listings and respond knowledgeably to inquiries.
- Track and log all calls, leads, and client interest in a clear and organized manner.
- Conduct follow-up outreach (within 1–2 business days) for marketing and lead engagement.
- Provide administrative and marketing support tailored to commercial real estate properties.
- Utilize a provided business phone and email account to manage communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a real estate-related role, with a strong emphasis on marketing and commercial properties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be flexible and available to respond to calls during standard business hours.
This is a fully remote position, and all necessary tools (phone and email) will be provided.
