The Mom Project is excited to partner with our client, a luxury real estate brand! They are looking for a Real Estate Assistant to join their team. This person will be responsible for answering queries, booking appointments, and engaging with clients, other agents and back office personnel. In addition to this, you will be assisting Real Estate Agents with open houses and showings.
You will be responsible for maintaining a database of clients and updating it on a regular basis.
Additionally, you will process transactions and maintain electronic records. Previous
experience with task management programs (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc) preferred.
Moreover, you should be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. You should be able to obtain signatures and collect property documents in time. You will be overseeing the completion of any repair works.
Should have a positive attitude and have a growth mindset. It is a fast-paced environment and flexibility is necessary. Strong communication skills and being a team player is a must.
Responsibilities
Addressing client queries and scheduling appointments
Making follow-up calls
Scheduling meetings between the buyer and seller
Assisting in preparing real estate documents and forms
Coordinating showings and open houses
Maintaining electronic and print records of properties
Preparing, posting, and updating property listings
Maintaining and managing a database of clients
Assisting with the closing processes
Performing clerical duties
Helping with the preparation of listing agreements and other legal documents
Collecting signed copy of the agreements from clients
Creating and distributing real estate brochures and other marketing materials
Handling online and offline property listings and advertisements
Putting up signboards on the property
Gathering necessary information about properties for sale
Acting as an intermediary during negotiations and property dealings
