Job description

Please note: to apply for this job you must be a license real estate broker or agent in the state of California.

We help first-time home buyers make better, more informed, buying decisions. We allow consumers to buy a house without using a real estate agent, and to receive the buyer's agent commission when they do. This role is a temp to perm opportunity for someone who is looking to grow with an early stage start up.

While this is a remote role - please note this role will be customer facing & candidates should be comfortable with video conferencing.

This customer success role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Advise the founding team on current real estate requirements and best practices
  • Help customers understand comps and disclosures
  • Write offers on behalf of customers
  • Assist customers in negotiating with sellers
  • Guide customers through the closing process

Qualifications:

  • A current active real estate broker's license in the State of California
  • At least 4 years experience buying and selling residential real estate in CA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work with an early-stage, fast-paced company
  • Positive, can-do attitude
