We are seeking a Real Estate Services Administrator on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Newport Beach, CA
Responsibilities:
- Submitting maintenance requests
- Maintaining that system and closing tickets out as needed
- Responding to tenant requests or emails
- Service contracts (insert info into templates)
- Maintaining work for property (janitorial/pressuring washing)
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Personable
- Strong communication skills
- Real estate license or real estate experience of any kind is preferred
- Dress code-professional attire
