We are seeking a Real Estate Services Administrator on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Newport Beach, CA


Responsibilities:

  • Submitting maintenance requests
  • Maintaining that system and closing tickets out as needed
  • Responding to tenant requests or emails
  • Service contracts (insert info into templates)
  • Maintaining work for property (janitorial/pressuring washing)

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Personable
  • Strong communication skills
  • Real estate license or real estate experience of any kind is preferred
  • Dress code-professional attire
