We are seeking a Real Estate Services Coordinator on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is onsite in Denver, CO.


Responsibilities:

  • This individual will be at the front desk answering phones and day to day inquires.
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks for assigned staff including but not limited to phone support, draft, preparation and distribution of correspondence, expense reporting, calendar and scheduling, meeting coordination, filing and copying, etc.
  • Assists with tenant and vendor customer service.
  • Under moderate supervision, provides general administrative support for assigned staff.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of professional office experience is required
  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Under moderate supervision, provides general administrative support for assigned staff.
