We are seeking a Receptionist on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Austin, TX.



Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors, providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide accurate information and promptly respond to emails via a team alias.
  • Coordinate with team members to manage couriers and packages upon arrival.
  • Maintain visitor logs and call records; issue security passes/badges.
  • Perform clerical and administrative functions such as typing, filing, photocopying, binding, and preparing mailers.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time independently, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and keep information organized.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Suite.
