We are seeking a Receptionist on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Honolulu, HI.
Part-time, 20 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, tenants, and property personnel in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Deliver a high-touch, luxury-level guest experience across in-person, phone, email, and digital interactions
- Manage guest check-in and authorization in accordance with building policies and security procedures
- Provide directions, recommendations, and guidance on showrooms, dining, retail offerings, and events within the property
- Maintain strong knowledge of property offerings and local amenities to support guest needs
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively provide solutions and recommendations
- Respond to tenant inquiries and requests, providing accurate information and timely support
- Maintain strong working relationships with building management, tenants, vendors, and local businesses
- Support event coordination and promote center-wide events and retailer offerings
- Ensure adherence to building management and security protocols, escalating issues as appropriate
- Maintain professional relationships with key contacts across the property

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual skills preferred (Japanese or Korean a plus)
- Experience in hospitality, concierge services, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in event coordination or guest experience roles
