Job description

We are seeking a Receptionist on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Morristown, NJ, with parking available.


Shift: 8 am - 3 pm



Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and provide general information
  • Receive, distribute, and send packages through courier services
  • Maintain visitor logs, call records, and issue security badges or passes as needed
  • Manage boardroom schedules and coordinate meeting room equipment
  • Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, binding materials, and preparing mailers
  • Conduct basic research and handle information requests as assigned
  • Provide additional administrative support to teams as required


Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with office equipment and administrative systems
