We are seeking a Receptionist on a contract basis to help support their ongoing business needs. This role is on-site in Thornton, CO.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive first impression by greeting clients, guests, and visiting employees.
- Track all visitors, including vendors, visiting employees, and guests.
- Manage parking and vehicle logs, security access cards, and keys.
- Assist with tracking employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries, packages, and mail.
- Support the annual management plan by meeting key performance indicators as defined by management.
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Perform other facility management assignments as directed by the team and manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service-related experience.
- Proficiency with a range of information technology tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Ability to perform light physical activity, including walking and carrying small packages.
