Job description

Our Customer is seeking a Recruiter on a contract basis to help support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Commercial and General & Administrative teams across North America, EMEA, and APJ to deeply understand hiring needs
  • Develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria for each role
  • Source qualified candidates, review CVs/resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
  • Drive offer approval, extension and negotiation
  • Proactively identify closing strategies for offers and provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • Manage candidates in process and provide them with an exceptional recruitment experience
  • Partner with HR & Onboarding teams to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming an employee


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally recruiting for commercial/business positions
  • Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a CV/resume
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
  • Ability to juggle multiple operational and administrative tasks in addition to recruiting responsibilities
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Must thrive and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment


Preferred:

  • Business recruitment environment experience
  • Metrics & data-driven approach
  • High-volume recruitment experience
  • International recruiting experience - EMEA/APJ experience would be a plus
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday would be a plus
