Our customer is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant on a contract basis to help with our customer's business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform a blend of full life cycle recruitment, global market mapping and pipelining for top recruiter and HR talent for the US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Poland, Benelux, Australia and Singapore possibly other Asian talent markets and positions as needed
- Develop and execute using strategic and creative sourcing channels
- Leverage our Phenom CRM database to identify and manage relationships with prospects
- Be a trusted talent advisor by building strong, consultative relationships with our internal recruitment team
- Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Perform accurate and timely requisition, candidate and prospect management in all recruitment tools
Must Haves:
- Expertise recruiting for corporate recruiters and other HR roles with a proven track record of delivering results, market mapping and pipeline development
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process from sourcing to closing the candidate
- Previous success in a professional services or agency environment direct sourcing non-active candidates in a competitive talent market
- Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills in order to convey our EVP, negotiate and close candidates
- A detail-oriented, hands-on and results-driven mindset in order to meet and/or exceed hiring objectives
- Client focused with good organizational and project management skill
- Energetic, enthusiastic proven self-starter
- Experience working in mid-to-large Corporations, recruitment agencies or search firms; Insurance, HR Consulting or Professional Services Industry is a plus
- Uses LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday Recruiter, Phenom, collaboration tools and other technology to enable and accelerate productivity
- Will have established networks in the market to source candidates
Education:
BA/BS Degree preferred
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This position will be 100% Remote
