Job description
Our Customer is an American multinational beverage corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are looking for a Recruiter on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This is an entry-level recruiting role designed to support high-volume recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment. This role is 100% remote.
Reponsibilities:
- Assist with high-volume recruiting activities
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Take detailed interview notes
- Serve as a candidate-facing point of contact
- Maintain organized documentation and candidate tracking
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling and coordination
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Fast learner with a drive to succeed
Preferred:
- Junior recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or HR support experience
- A strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Ready to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
