Recruiter (100% Remote)

Our Customer is an American multinational beverage corporation headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Their many interests include the manufacturing, retailing, and marketing of nonalcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups. We are looking for a Recruiter on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This is an entry-level recruiting role designed to support high-volume recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced talent acquisition environment. This role is 100% remote.

Reponsibilities:

• Assist with high-volume recruiting activities
• Conduct initial phone screenings
• Take detailed interview notes
• Serve as a candidate-facing point of contact
• Maintain organized documentation and candidate tracking
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling and coordination
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Fast learner with a drive to succeed

Preferred:

• Junior recruiter, recruiting coordinator, or HR support experience
• A strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Ready to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up
