We are seeking a Recruiter on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. The main function of a Recruiter is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. You are responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • The main function of a recruiter is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization.
  • A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization. There is no sourcing involved in this position as the client has a dedicated team with these responsibilities.
  • Will be responsible to do a final loop prep and extend the offer, will prep the candidate via phone screen, schedule the onsite and extend offers.
  • Will be working with the Hiring manager, sourcers, and recruiters to find candidates but will not need to complete full-cycle recruiting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
  • Drive process end to end as a Recruiter. Phone Screen candidates, move them through process, drive meetings with the business and close candidates. Will be measured on Offer Accepts.

Must Haves:

  • 4-8 Years Recruiting Experience (mid-senior level roles).
  • Must have closing experience
  • Experience working directly with the hiring team
  • Must be have the ability to confidently set expectations with the hiring manager on market intelligence, time to fill, potential start date, etc.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required.

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% remote
