Our customer is seeking a Recruiter on a contract basis to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote/week) in Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA.


Candidate must have an active, well-developed LinkedIn profile demonstrating professional networking within the recruiting space.



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing applicants throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing the firm’s attributes
  • Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to executive level.
  • Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
  • Work with the HR Business Partner(s) and/or business unit hiring managers to clarify job specifications and recruitments to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriate.
  • Utilize the internal applicant tracking system and contact qualified applicants for positions.
  • Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, and conduct initial calls to potential candidates.
  • Work with the Director of Talent Acquisition to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm-wide recruiting initiatives.
  • Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting efforts.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
  • 5-7 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Search firm experience, a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with the Workday applicant tracking system is a HUGE plus.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging demeanor
  • Ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organization
  • Familiar with project management, sourcing, and procurement, talent populations preferred.
  • Team player who can also work independently and multitask
  • Proven track record of results
