Recruiter (Hybrid - Warren, MI or Austin, TX) - Remote Possibility

The Mom Project is partnering with a large, established organization in the automotive industry to identify a Recruiter on a contract basis to support its ongoing business needs.

This role follows a hybrid schedule, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and onsite work Tuesday through Thursday in either Warren, MI, or Austin, TX. Remote candidates outside of these locations may also be considered for the right fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hiring manager intake calls.
• Post and manage requisitions.
• Review resumes and source qualified talent.
• Complete candidate phone screens.
• Own candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the interview and selection process.
• Partner with interview coordinators.
• Leverage available AI-enabled interview tools.
• Facilitate offer discussions and negotiations.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting partners.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing requisitions and partnering directly with hiring managers.
• High-volume recruiting experience, including staffing agency experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, initiative, and judgment skills.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates without a degree should have at least four additional years of relevant experience beyond the required 3–5 years.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience preferred.
• Automotive recruiting experience is a plus.
