Job description

About Us

Hello! We’re pioneering the era of AI Teammates—where AI doesn’t just analyze calls but works side-by-side with every go-to-market team to transform customer conversations into actionable insights and better execution.

Imagine an AI teammate that captures why customers buy (or don’t), flags compliance risks in real-time, and builds an ever-evolving sales playbook from the best strategies on the floor. That’s what we deliver to industry leaders in education, financial services, insurance, and more—over 100 million customer conversations analyzed and counting.

We’re not a point solution. Our AI Teammates are becoming essential to every team touching go-to-market—sales, marketing, product, you name it. We’re talking massive markets: insurance, travel, education—industries that power the economy. Our customers pull us into C-suite discussions because we deliver undeniable value, bending their growth trajectories by turning real-time conversation insights into organizational intelligence.

We’ve built our own tech—a model orchestration platform and AI builder—to amplify expertise, and after 500+ experiments, it thinks like your best people. With the latest AI advancements, what once took armies of people now happens automatically. The result? Sales reps get winning strategies, marketing spots trends first, and product teams uncover feature needs straight from calls.

We’re well-funded, growing fast, and scaling through word of mouth—our product speaks for itself. Our team is scrappy, drama-free, and moves “with the alacrity of a puma” (yes, a VP of Sales said that). We live by “undeniable value,” operate in hours and days (not weeks and months), and talk to customers multiple times a week. When OpenAI dropped its o1 model, we had new features live in 48 hours. Our customers say they’ve “never had this much confidence in a system,” and we’re just getting started.

Join us to build the future of go-to-market.

The Role

This is a BDR role but for sourcing talent instead of prospects. We’re looking for an exceptional Business Development Representative to source A+ talent and book meetings for our CEO or VP of Engineering to interview.

At our company, talent is everything—we’re a fast-growing, early-stage AI startup with big ambitions, and we need the best to make it happen. You’ll be the mastermind behind finding and engaging top candidates who are in high demand and usually happy where they are.

This isn’t about posting jobs and waiting—it’s about proactively identifying the right people and compelling them to take a call with our CEO, who handles every first conversation to seal the deal.

The challenge? These A+ players—folks with long tenures, promotions, early-stage startup experience, specific achievements, and clear go-getter vibes—are tough to snag.

Everyone wants them, and they’re rarely looking. You’ll need to think like our CEO, build targeted pipelines fast, craft human-sounding outreach, and persist until they say “yes” to a meeting—all while moving at startup speed, because we need these hires yesterday.

What You’ll Actually Do

Build Targeted Pipelines: Continually create lists of candidates based on what our CEO and VP of Engineering want—think long job tenures, promotion histories, startup hustle, and proof they’re on the rise. You’ll learn to source like our CEO would if he had the time.

Write Tailored Outreach: Craft clear, personalized LinkedIn messages that show we’re humans (not AI) with a real interest in them for specific reasons tied to their background.

Engage Persistently: Follow up with multiple messages, add them as LinkedIn connections, and for warm leads who don’t fully bite, find creative ways to get them on a call.

Stay Organized: Manage a ton of moving pieces—hit daily outreach goals, track who’s warm, ensure no one slips through the cracks, and keep everything humming.

Own the Lifecycle: Oversee each candidate’s journey (without talking to them directly). Know which calls our CEO is taking, get his feedback, set next steps, move the process fast, and track decisions. Even keep tabs on great candidates we don’t hire now but want to keep warm for later.

Who We’re Looking For

Track Record: You’ve sourced hard-to-find talent for high-growth startups or tech companies and can point to successes.

Speed: You work in hours and days, not weeks and months, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Ownership: You’re a “task magnet”—you don’t just check boxes, you drive toward company goals.

Communication: You write clear, compelling messages that grab attention and reflect genuine interest.

Adaptability: You’re comfortable with ambiguity and see challenges as chances to shine.

This Isn’t For You If

  • You want a traditional recruiting gig with set processes and lots of oversight.
  • You’re not ready for the pace and unpredictability of an early-stage startup.
  • You need to chat with candidates directly to feel effective (our CEO handles that).
  • You’re fine letting things move slowly or fall through the cracks.

How We Work

  • Direct collaboration with the CEO and VP of Engineering.
  • Fast iteration on sourcing and outreach tactics.
  • Open, transparent vibe—share your process, not just your results.
  • Focus on immediate impact over long-term perfection.

The Details

This position starts at $30 per hour; We intend to hire 4 people within the next 10 weeks, which would yield a total bonus of $10,000.
