Job description

A partner of The Mom Project in the automotive industry is seeking a contract Recruiter/Staffing Specialist to help support their business needs.


The main function of a Recruiter/Staffing Specialist is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter/staffing specialist is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.



Responsibilities:

  • Works as a Talent Sourcer supporting open positions and other team members as needed.
  • Identify potential candidates
  • Name-gathering
  • Send outreach messages
  • Complete phone screens and submit candidate overviews.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter or Talent Sourcer
  • 2+ years of experience using CRM - Beamery preferred
  • Ability to perform basic Boolean searches
  • Experience using LinkedIn



Hours and Location:

  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
  • Remote Role -EST/CST
