Job description

What You’ll Do

We’re excited to bring on our first internal Recruiter to find incredible people and help them join our team. Our people are the best and most important part of our team, so you will be a crucial person to help us continue to grow our team of top talent. You will own the talent acquisition process from end to end, possessing the hunger and hustle to recruit top talent, and the thought leadership to uplevel and scale our recruiting machine. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience supporting go-to-market hiring in SaaS companies.

You’ll be the first point of exposure for the company across all candidates located in the US and serve as a representative of the companies' culture, values, and vision. With offices in New York City & Buenos Aires, our top priority is maintaining a people-first, diverse, and inclusive culture, always striving for success. We are looking for someone who is eager to join a tight-knit team and hit the ground running.

Role

  • Source, engage and hire top-tier talent into roles within go-to-market, business, and product teams. Includes:
  • Job scorecard and description creation
  • Outbound sourcing
  • Candidate tracking & coordination
  • Interview facilitation
  • Compensation negotiation
  • Offer process management
  • Forge relationships with the applicant pool to ensure a diverse pool and pipeline of high potential talent
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure talent acquisition aligns to company priority initiatives
  • Coach hiring managers and stakeholders to provide a best in class, positive candidate experience, ensuring that all applicants are promoters of our company.
  • Use new efforts to uplevel and scale our recruitment process and enhance employer branding

This role is 100% remote and compensation ranges from $105,000 - $135,000 based on experience and location,

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience at an early to mid-sized, high growth startup or recruiting agency preferred. SAAS Recruiting Background is a Plus
