Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates, including location, time, and interviewers.

Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely and relevant updates.
  • Liaise with hiring managers, HR, and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing travel arrangements for candidates, processing expenses, and managing recruitment-related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
