Job description

The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for a Recruiting Coordinator to work with them on a contract basis.


About The Role

As the Recruiting Specialist, you are focused on operational excellence of the process for the candidate. You will be supporting the overall recruitment process through screening resumes, sourcing inbound candidates, running campaigns to increase interest in the interview process by maintaining communications with candidates, working with hiring teams to clear obstacles, managing all scheduling needs for interviews, and continuously seeking to improve our recruiting process.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Full Lifecycle Process in recruiting both domestically and internationally across all Etsy brands in all level roles.
  • Inbound source candidates, reviewing resume credentials, disposition and highlighting candidates for the recruiter.
  • Champion our CRM which includes building pipelines, lists, and marketing roles to potential matches.
  • Applicant outreach to gather information, assist with additional information needed for Visas, gather information for offer letters, reply to candidates questions, ensure the hiring team is aware of timing, and gather and calendar references.
  • Schedule interviews, ensure the candidate has the information needed for the interview. Work with assistants as needed. Be able to champion finding the best available time.
  • Share data insights and analytics with the team. Prepare progress reports weekly in key areas to inform the team and share trends. Project hiring outcomes by looking at stages. Use data to identify and implement ways to decrease time to hire.
  • Attends and participates in job fairs, community activities, and volume recruiting events.
  • Assist Recruiters with referral candidates
  • Schedule reference checks
  • Coordinate pre and post huddles



Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or sourcer
  • Prior experience partnering with hiring managers and hiring teams up to executive levels, executive assistants, recruiters, talent operations.
  • Prior experience working on executive recruiting coordination
  • Prior experience working across multiple time zones
  • Must be able to work EST
  • Experience using analytics to determine the effectiveness of current recruiting coordination strategy and help to define ways to improve our strategy
  • Experience searching resume databases to build pools of ideal candidates
  • Clinch and Workday are a plus
  • Rooster is a plus
  • An ability to be detail oriented and meticulous at analyzing and parsing workflows.
  • Experience leveraging performance data to inform rubric development and program metrics.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Shown ability to interpret partner needs and incorporate feedback into problem solving processes.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy and make decisions with limited information.

Preferred:
  • Experience with WorkdayRecruit and Rooster



Hours and Location
  • 40 hours/week
  • 100% remote and candidates must sit in Eastern time zone.
