The Mom Project is excited to support Etsy with their search for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis.
About the Role:
The Technical Recruiting team is looking for a recruiting coordinator that will support with coordinating, maintaining, and continuously seeking to improve Etsy's recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling candidate interviews
- Coordinate pre-/post-huddles for virtual onsite interviews
- Build relationships with hiring managers & teams across departments to facilitate communication and coordinate efficiently
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience during the recruiting process
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees & candidates
- Provide weekly reports and collaborate with hiring teams
- Support Talent team with projects assigned by manager
- Support the Recruiting team in Mexico
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the RC will support the continuous improvement of the candidate experience and have the following skills:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules, prioritize tasks, and keep recruitment processes running smoothly.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across various channels (email, phone, and in-person).
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and candidate tracking to avoid process errors.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with shifting priorities and able to handle last-minute changes in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (plus if the candidate has worked with a third-party scheduling integration as well)
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating technical interviews that use real-time whiteboarding/pair programming
Hours and Location:
- M-F, 40 hours/week
- This role can be remote anywhere in the US (10 am-6 pm ET or CT) or hybrid in Brooklyn, NY.
