About this role:
Serve as the Lead of the Recruiting and Delivery team. The Lead oversees operations of Recruiters and drives win rate, quality metrics and direction of client programs.
Responsibilities;
Team Leadership:
- Leads a team of Recruiters to efficiently support all lines of business, providing the best talent experience for Moms, and high quality talent to our clients
- Responsible for driving win rates of the Talent Delivery team, and provides WoW visibility and
- guidance on current data to drive productivity to goal
- Partner with sales/account teams to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles
- Coach team members on sourcing strategies and candidate management
- Ability to forecast recruitment trends, and team performance, through industry trends and TMP data, and proactively makes necessary adjustments to recruitment teams tactics and strategies
- Meet regularly with VP, Revenue, Sales Directors, and other cross-functional team leaders to discuss roadblocks and present solutions
- Conduct regular 1:1s to review employee performance and offer support as needed
Full Desk Recruiting:
- Manage an active requisition load across contract and direct-hire roles
- Source, screen, and present high-quality candidates for a variety of client needs
- Create and maintain meaningful relationships with customer Program Managers and Hiring Managers through a lens of subject matter expertise and industry consultation
Operational Excellence and Stakeholder Management:
- Drive process improvements across sourcing, screening, and submission workflows
- Administers changes and ownership of List Views in support of the Recruiting team within Salesforce
- Partners closely with Salesforce Administrator to optimize team workflows in the Salesforce tool
- Other duties as assigned
Experience:
● At least 5 years experience in staffing/recruiting industry
● At least 2 years managing sourcing/recruitment teams
● At least 3 years experience working remote
● Experience in managing KPIs, OKRs and data reporting for recruitment teams
● Solutions oriented mindset
