Job description
Our Customer is an American financial services and digital payments company based in San Francisco, California. They’re working to help their diverse audiences — sellers, individuals, artists, fans, developers, and all the people in between — overcome barriers to access the economy.
We are seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and business operations as they relate to our talent and recruiting functions
- Develop and propose actionable talent and recruiting process improvements, overseeing technical implementation in Greenhouse where necessary
- Lead talent and recruiting process improvement projects from inception to implementation, employing a structured approach including process discovery, data analysis, user interviews, and process mapping
- Evaluate the impact of talent and recruiting process changes using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality control, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, etc., providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Ensure transparent communication and project status updates, delivering constructive feedback and comprehensive reporting on key objectives
- Effectively manage change within owned projects, navigating stakeholder expectations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams including the Talent, Recruiting Coordination, Project Management Office, Strategy and Planning, People Analytics, and Operations and Technology departments
Must-haves:
- Comprehensive experience with Talent and Recruiting tools such as Smart Recruiters, Greenhouse, and Workday
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles encompassing Process Excellence, Reporting, or Business Analysis within Talent and Recruiting functions
- Proven experience in implementing scalable processes and managing multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and focus amidst high volumes of activities
- Collaborative mindset, with a natural inclination towards building partnerships across global teams
- Strong initiative and goal-setting abilities, driven by a desire to achieve personal and professional growth
- Demonstrated commitment to data-driven decision-making and a proactive approach to driving systemic change
- Empathetic approach to problem-solving, with a genuine interest in understanding and addressing user needs
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects through to successful delivery
- Passion for standardization, scalability, and automation, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Demonstrable experience in process improvement, with a focus on Talent and Recruiting Operations
- Proven expertise in change management, adept at navigating organizational transitions and mitigating resistance
- Strong understanding of risk management principles, capable of identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout project lifecycles
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building productive relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority
- Solid experience in project management, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Familiarity with ticketing and information management systems, facilitating efficient project tracking and documentation
