We are seeking a Recruiting Technology Analyst on a contract basis to ensure compliance across hiring and onboarding processes and support the design and execution of scalable Recruiting Technology operations. This role is 100% remote.
This role will report to the Senior Business Systems Manager on the Talent Solutions (Recruiting Technology) team and help drive efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring operations at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring workflows in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data flow into the HRIS
- Support onboarding and pre-boarding activities, including background checks, equipment requests, and cohort reporting, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain compliance across ATS and HRIS systems, including pay transparency requirements
- Create, update, and manage requisitions and related data in ATS and HRIS platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Recruiting, HR, Finance, IT, People Services, and New Hire Onboarding
- Manage service desk tickets and requests through Jira
- Deliver a positive and consistent experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with global recruiting and people operations teams to continuously improve hiring workflows and processes
- Support recruiting technology initiatives including tool implementations, audits, and process improvements
- Perform quality assurance to ensure data accuracy across recruiting systems
- Process offer rescinds and manage start date change requests
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Operations, or HRIS-related roles
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS
- 1-3 years of HRIS experience, preferably Workday
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working through ambiguity
- Passion for creating an equitable end-to-end candidate experience
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
