We are seeking a Recruiting Technology Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

The Recruiting Technology Analyst is a passionate customer advocate to ensure compliance around existing hiring and onboarding processes and help create and execute Recruiting Technology programs to ensure everyone has a positive experience in the company.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring process in Greenhouse ATS - you will complete data double checks to ensure the correct information is making it to the HRIS system Workday
  • Manage all initial steps of the onboarding process such as triggering background checks and sending the new hire shipping and equipment form, as well as managing the pre-boarding process by running weekly reports of upcoming candidate cohorts and reconciling the data for the IT team and NHO team.
  • Ensuring compliance in Greenhouse and Workday for critical items such as pay transparency.
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Recruiters, HR, Finance, People Services, IT etc.
  • Complete Requisition Request and Creation Process within the set Service level agreement
  • Field tickets within the service desk, Jira.
  • Create an exceptional experience for all customers throughout the hiring process
  • Work with global recruiting teams to improve the hiring processes
  • Participate in strategic projects across Recruiting Operations, such as tools implementation, audits, etc.
  • Provide project coordination and partner with project managers to implement new processes and programs within the recruiting organization
  • Provide quality assurance to the entire recruiting process to ensure data accuracy within the ATS and HRIS
  • Process offer rescinds and manage start date change requests.


Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, People Operations, or HRIS Analyst role
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems HRIS experience is a plus, Workday preferred
